1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Seldon Studio's website and services, operated by FixlyAI LLC ("Seldon Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Seldon Studio provides done-for-you front-office systems for local service businesses, including but not limited to: website design and hosting, booking page setup, intake forms, AI-powered text-back and chat systems, CRM configuration, and review-generation workflows. The scope of services for each client is defined at onboarding and may be updated by mutual agreement.

3. Billing and Payment

Seldon Studio's services are billed at $297 per month, month-to-month, with no long-term contract. Billing begins on the date services are activated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@seldonstudio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with access to export your data (contacts, bookings, conversation history) for a period of 30 days.

5. Ownership and Data

You own your customer data, your phone number, and any content you provide to us. Seldon Studio does not claim ownership over your business data. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.

7. Text Messaging Consent

Text Messaging Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in (via our website form or by contacting us first), you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Seldon Studio at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixlyAI LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business — arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amounts you have paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FixlyAI LLC, its officers, directors, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FixlyAI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
